An ode to Odette’s with our own twist. Enjoy a delectable everyday dining experience with eclectic fireside menus for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and drinks. Designed with riverside comfort and relaxation in mind, Odette’s menus are perfectly curated for any meal or gathering with extensive appetizer selections, classic comfort foods, and a large variety of approachable dinner selections including staples like our signature Cioppino and Applewood Bacon Meatloaf. Guests are welcome to indulge in an array of lite bites and signature cocktails featuring local spirits in the fireside bar & piano lounge or indulge in a more traditionally coursed menu in one of the stylish indoor or outdoor dining atmospheres.

Step into New Hope’s latest addition to the local music scene, a vibrant lounge with two-story lofted ceilings and a stunning stone fireplace ideal for late outdoor evenings & after-supper sips. Settle into one of the plush, jewel-toned armchairs or bar stools as sonatas sing out from the black & white keys. Sip signature cocktails in style as you indulge in seasonal small plates in a classic-lounge inspired setting with slate floors and luxurious floor-to-ceiling curtains.

Ride the elevator to Roof using your special access key and step back in time in a vibrant, 1970’s inspired bar & lounge scene capturing the glamorous art influences of New Hope’s hey-day in its unique design. High above the rolling river, reverie awaits Roof Members and Registered Hotel Guests with spectacular views, signature cocktails, and seasonal menus – an ideal place to relax and unwind, entertain friends, or spark some romance.
