We’re nearly ready to welcome you to the all-new River House at Odette’s. We hope that you’re as excited as we are for this luxurious gathering place, where edgy, yet elegant, urban-inspired design creates an entirely new experience for the community, while also paying homage to our property’s historical footprint.
This year’s changing of the seasons couldn’t be more symbolic for the River House at Odette’s, with our progress towards a Grand Opening rapidly unfolding just as the summer foliage paints the landscape along the Delaware River. Along with the incredible progress we’re making on construction, we have been diligently recruiting an exceptional management team. This team is developing service standards, infrastructures, menus, and staffing guides to deliver elevated guest experiences. Included in the executive River House team is a Safety and Compliance Manager whose sole focus is to maintain and enforce all health and safety guidelines across the property. This team has invested countless hours participating in task force seminars and consulting with medical professionals to develop well-formulated plans for our debut as Bucks County’s safest & most stylish hotel, dining, and private event destination.
At the height of construction, we’re installing finishes throughout the lobbies, restaurants & guestrooms and nearing completion on art installations throughout the property, which will forever reflect the vibrant culture of this historic community. Throughout the hotel, our relationship with the outdoors is our keen focus during this health climate, with our deck dining experiences at Odette’s, complete with river breezes, as well as our guestroom and suite balconies with sweeping views. Perhaps the most impactful architectural feature at River House is its beautifully designed NanaWall window systems, which bring the outdoors in with floor-to-ceiling, retractable glass. Overnight, dining, and event guests at River House will be able to enjoy open-air experiences created by this cutting-edge technology in the Rhapsody Ballroom, at the private restaurant & lounge, Roof, and in the riverfront Gallery, intended for spectacular cocktail gatherings. Beyond our commitment to creating unparalleled open-air experiences, our Housekeeping Team will be taking a page from the book of our Sister Property, The Reeds at Shelter Haven, building on their best-in-class practices and protocols for your safety and comfort. Our housekeeping team’s keen focus will include rigorous attention to high-touch guestroom & shared space surfaces, including remote controls & telephones, door, furniture & restroom handles, thermostat panels & light switches, and nightstands. These items, and many more, will receive consistent, frequent, and thorough sanitation.
Your ultimate comfort being an utmost priority, we’re proud to provide luxurious Frette linens in our guestrooms and suites, which receive careful cleaning at our private laundry facilities. Every sheet, towel, and robe receives care & cleaning above & beyond the industry standard after each use to maintain the integrity of the fabric, and to ensure that your experience is both relaxing and stress-free, knowing that you are safe and secure in our spaces.
Our devotion to a remarkable guest experience extends far beyond our design, amenities, and dedication to the safety of our team, guests, and community, into the minute technological details. Visitors and locals alike who dine in our restaurants & lounges will be encouraged to view our menus and complete payment from their electronics with our new paperless technology. While for those visiting for an overnight stay, we’ll offer mobile pre-registration to expedite your check-in process and activate guest cell phones as their guestroom keycard. While relaxing in your residentially-inspired guestroom or suite, you’ll be able to use your flat-screen television complete with Chromecast connection to access our Guest Directory, a wealth of knowledge on hotel amenities and local attractions. Check-out is also seamless and straightforward to complete with these remarkable in-room technology solutions.
